John Ponta has 24 years in law enforcement as a special agent with the California Department of Justice and the Employment Development Department.  Mr. Ponta also spent over ten years as a Task Force Officer on two FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF). Concurrent with his law enforcement career he served in the Naval Reserve Intelligence Program for 22 years, seven of which were on active duty.

Mr. Ponta has worked various types of investigations and intelligence assignments but specialized in Counter-Terrorism, Unemployment/Disability Insurance Fraud, and Medicaid Provider Fraud. Mr. Ponta has also worked a number of cold cases which included fugitive apprehension, serial murder, and bombing cases.

As both a Navy Intelligence Specialist and Navy Intelligence Officer, Mr. Ponta has served at several US Embassies and Combatant Command Headquarters. He was also liaison officer between the San Francisco FBI and the Defense Intelligence Agency and held a Top Secret clearance for over 20 years. Among other awards, Mr. Ponta is a recipient of the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

As a licensed investigator, Mr. Ponta has specialized in government contract fraud cases, skip-tracing, asset searches, and background investigations.
Dale M. Lee is a retired Peace Officer with 39 years of law enforcement experience with city, county and State of California law enforcement agencies specializing in financial fraud, identity theft and high-tech crime investigations. He is a former Corporate IT Security Investigator with the Hewlett Packard Company specializing in employee misconduct investigations involving computer assets and computer forensics. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Computer Forensic Examiner (ENCE).
Mr. Lee has also testified as a law enforcement expert witness relating to computer forensic
examinations he has conducted on digital evidence in a variety of criminal cases.
